One could almost think of life in terms of a GSM cell phone. If you believe in rebirth, it is like removing the old SIMM card and installing a new one 
When you remove the SIMM card, you remove all Contacts and other identity stuff stored there with it. All you have is a dead phone. Now, no need to throw it in the trash, just recycle and use it with a different SIMM card! Get a new number, a new faceplate maybe and off you go with a clean new SIMM.
..so what’s the new contract? 60 years? 80…?
